Eat Healthy Food This is probably one of the hardest for me personally but I can tell you some of the quick notes that I take into consideration when choosing foods. Eat as clean as possible, meat, healthy carbs, and veggies. Always reward yourself a cheat once a week. Avoid yo-yo diet fads. Exercise More Alright, this seems to be the easiest for me and the one we will focus on here in this post. Obviously, you will want to hit the gym 3 days a week minimum.
