Indoor Rock Climbing My dear friend Jess decided that she wanted to go rock climbing for her birthday and made us all aware lol. I was of-course totally down for this adventure because it was not too long ago that I said I wanted to do a hike/climb to the havasupai falls in Arizona. If we don't know what that is, just google it and you will find all sorts of good stuff about its breathtaking beauty and also the crazy 10 mile hike through the mountains of AZ to get there. With that said it was so apparent that we needed a little more training then the gym routine could provide. Here is a glimpse at some of the fun things I discovered at our local indoor rock climbing facility around how the act of climbing was, oh so good, for the mind and body. Rock Climbing Is Crazy Physical I quickly discovered that climbing went beyond upper body strength and I felt it in my core and legs having to hold on for dear life and propel to another footing to get higher up the rock. Suite for men search The struggle was so real when I had the realization that our company was going to have more and more meetings that would require me to wear a business suit. Wearing a suit has always been a big challenge as I always say "I am so glad I don't have to wear a suit and tie for work" . So, like any good gay (or fashion oriented man) I knew exactly where I needed to shop, Zara and Top Shop of course! Here are my tips... Opt out of a classic button down shirt The traditiona...
Set a timer for me Sometimes life can seem like a big to-do list. Between work, family, and friends there never seems like enough time in the day. We all need to give ourselves a break every now and again for sanity sake and schedule out some "me time". This Easter weekend was just that as we celebrated a birthday weekend for one of our longest standing friends at The Abby Resort in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The intention was to be present and disappear from the outside world for a day or two. The spa is always a sure fire win for a little rest and relaxation and The Abby has a lovely one called Avani. First we check in and then robe up. There is a tranquility area perfect for lounging prior to your spa services. A little side note, being so relaxed after a wonderful massage I met my dear friend Jess in this area and gave her the warmest hug just after her body wrap service where she stated she felt like she "was in the womb". Just to give you an idea of the sta...
